CANTRIPS:

CANTRIP 01 — BOOMING BLADE: Used in conjunction with a melee weapon. Once an enemy is hit, it is covered with booming energy and will take thunder damage if they move. Has the possibility of missing.

CANTRIP 02 — MINOR ILLUSION: Can create a sound or image and project it up to 5ft and can last up to 1 minute. Images cannot be larger than 4ft tall and wide. Physical interaction with the illusion reveals it to be as such.

CANTRIP 03 — MENDING: Repairs a single break or tear in an object that is no longer than 1ft. Has the possibility of breaking again after 20 minutes.

SPELLS:

SPELL 01 — CHARM: Attempt to charm a humanoid within 20ft of you. If it works, they will regard you as a friendly acquaintance and can fight alongside you. However, once the charm is broken, it will know it was charmed and has a 50/50 chance of turning on you.

SPELL 02 — SLEEP: You will be able to choose up to two targets to attempt to put to sleep that are within 25ft of you. They will be asleep for upwards of ten minutes before gradually waking up. This has a chance to fail.

Backstory/History: Nyal is a wandering bard that travels all over the lands. On his way to Alydhion he heard about the local plight and has decided to see if his fair share of adventuring can help in finding the missing heirloom. He's currently seeking a new band of adventurers to join with on this noble quest as--in his past experience--new friends always make things better.

Appearance: (He has more reptilian features than in the image above, I just want to show off the lovely art I got from Shuu.) He has shiny sapphire blue scales and golden eyes, small horns atop his head that match the antler-like horns of Chinese dragons, and thick mane-like hair that's pulled back in multiple braids. His tail has a matching mane of fur at the end. His snout is short with small, studded ridges that give him a goatee-like appearance, and he has two wave-y whiskers again similar to a Chinese dragon style.

He always has a lute in hand or slung over shoulder, and a rapier at his side. (And a dagger or three hidden elsewhere.) He wears light blue traveling garb that accentuate his darker blue scales, and a midnight blue cape over his shoulders with a hood for pulling up during bad weather (or sneaking about). His boots are special made to fit his digitigrade joints and are supple knee-high leather boots with an opening for his claw-like toes. And yes, he still has a bazillion pieces of jewelry that he wears. What's a dragon without his horde, after all?
